Detention

Knowing anyone identified as a potential threat or irritant to the state are striped, cataloged and imprisoned until such time as they are deemed no longer a possible threat is real security for the state. Some of our proudest accomplishments in achieving this goal in the past few years have included:

Patriot Act: Bypassing the 4th Amendment for your protection.  And looking out for your bad habits.

Habeas corpus optional: No longer can terrorists challenge their imprisonment in front of some soft judge. The severity of the charges will suffice to keep the criminals behind bars.

No Charges Detention: In the past we had to obtain evidence of a crime before we could arrest someone.  Now we can keep the accused locked away where they can harm nobody while we seek out evidence of criminal activity.

No Right to an Attorney:

Interrogation efficiency in gaining confessions (waterboarding): Whether it is the classics or something new, we are always open to trying new ideas in crime fighting.

Arresting protesters: Sure you have the right to protest, only not where it will bother anyone.  That is what free speech zones are for.
